I was an early and long-time contributor to JazzHR, which saw a lucrative exit in 2021.
My tenure at JazzHR began with Software Engineering and ended with DevOps. See projects for more info.
At Collaborative Fusion, I initially worked in QA before doing regular web development on a LAMP-like stack. This is where I cut my teeth on web development, database administration, information security, platform engineering, and performance engineering.
Collaborative Fusion was acquired by Intermedix in 2011 which was acquired by Juvare in 2018.
Resultably was a venture for which I handled technical duties as Chief Technology Officer. Although the venture fizzled, I learned a great deal of new tech in a relatively short amount of time in the areas of data warehousing, embedded BI, and machine learning providers.
I am qualified to work anywhere on the web application development spectrum - frontend, backend, data, devops -- I've done it all, and I intend to continue doing-it-all.
I have owned schemas for MySQL databases and Lucene indexes alike. I have managed complex live-system upgrades for multiple data storage systems. I have headed multiple ETL and ELT efforts.
I help businesses manage their technology platforms by defining and implementing build pipelines, release protocols, and maintenance tasks such as CVE scanning.
